As part of our Funding Plus programme we are pleased to offer OCT grantholders a free Recruitment Toolkit, which has been developed and adapted in partnership with Bruntwood.
The toolkit has been designed to help recruit and build a highly skilled, diverse workforce and shares the successful recruitment techniques that colleagues at Bruntwood practice to do this.
By identifying and outlining seven key steps in the recruitment process – with examples and templates for Role Profiles, Advertising Campaigns, Interview Tasks and Feedback forms – the toolkit provides invaluable insight into best practice techniques for the recruitment process. Following each step will help maximise your opportunity to attract the best candidates.
It will remain on our website; hopefully it will provide you with a useful resource to draw on to aid future recruitments and provide techniques to aid long-term benefits in team building at your organisation.

As well as this toolkit, we are also providing an opportunity for you to attend a free 1 hour webinar hosted by recruitment expert Christian Bloor, Recruitment Lead at Bruntwood. Christian will walk you through the toolkit, equip you with useful tools to aid your recruitment processes and answer any questions which you may have.
