Our work under this theme supports increased access to sustainable health interventions, particularly community based solutions that address the health consequences of social and economic inequality.

We also support medical research and patient care initiatives with selected organisations. To date, this has primarily focused on investigating disease areas and potential treatments that have a specific resonance for the Oglesby family, namely, a specific kind of blood cancer. 

Any research we decide to support – medical, or elsewhere – is always focused on the delivery of ‘real-life’ practical results, leaving purely academic endeavours to others.
