Social & Health Inequalities

The social and health problems that we encounter through Trust activity tend to be linked to multiple deprivation, gaps between sectors and organisations, and systemic inequalities.
Our experience suggests that the most effective approaches to countering these challenges are often those that are delivered at local level, initially at small scale, and through trusted relationships – acknowledging that sustainable solutions generally come from within communities.
